- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed are processed the same day. Our quick turnaround ensures that your listening experience starts as soon as possible.
- Shipping Methods: Choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the method you select.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
- International Shipping: We're pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders might be subject to additional customs fees or duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how you can return it:
- 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving your product to initiate a return, provided it meets our return criteria.
- Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging. In-ear IEMs can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, due to hygiene considerations.
- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.
